We want you to love your Patchify experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window.

Eligibility

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
